VázaA collection of original antique Moser vases in the style of Art Nouveau, a period of so-called “deep-cut flowers” with the oldest pieces dating back to 1902. Production of glass in this style ceased after WWI. The marking is “Moser Karlsbad” - a signature used between 1911-1938.

Skleněná dlažební kostka
Glass cobblestones made with Zeitgeist and PONK

A 9-piece sculptural edition created in collaboration with Zeitgeist, a local manufacturer and glass design studio. The series is based on a simple material gesture: each cobblestone is used as a mould or stamp for its counterpart in cast glass, resulting in two-part sculptures where stone and glass directly correspond and complete each other, drawing on the historic material of Prague’s streets and contemporary cast glass.

KAFKA
JAKUB MATUŠKA

Kresba od Jakuba Matušky aka Maskera vznikla původně pro Kafka projekt v Tokiu (2023–2024). Tento projekt připomínal v tokijské čtvrti Shibuya 140. výročí narození a 100. výročí úmrtí světoznámého pražského rodáka Franze Kafky.

Tři stěžejní Kafkovy literární díla jsou zde personifikovány jako chlapci z Prahy.

Kresba byla vytvořena na papíře pomocí airbrushe a fixu, za použití akrylových barev.

A drawing by Jakub Matuška, also known as Masker, was originally created for the Kafka Project in Tokyo (2023–2024). This project, held in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, commemorated the 140th anniversary of the birth and the 100th anniversary of the death of the world-famous Prague-born writer Franz Kafka.

Three of Kafka’s key literary works are personified here as boys from Prague.

The drawing was created on paper using an airbrush and marker, with acrylic paints.
